35. I agree with #8... I would never ever buy ANY product that jerk pitches. Thank goodness my TV remote is programmed to block his ugly face and big mouth.

36. I am so happy I have a remote to immediately turn off that loud, irritating Billly Mays.
I wonder if his dad is happy with him, or does he know who his dad is...what a big
mouth jerk..

37. I am astounded at the cruelty that people portray. To wish someone dead is beyond belief. I do find that his commercials were very loud. However, I wouldn't wish him dead....

I have used OxiClean that he has pitched. It works pretty well. My oldest daughter was able to wear my Christening gown approximately 30 years later thanks to OxiClean.

41. To: Iam Smartman... You are definitely the dumbest person in the world and have obviously never been to the USA, the Greatest Country In The World...you are nothing but a JOKE and a disgrace!! I'm guessing you have gone off your MEDICATION for a few days. And I love your approach to world peace and unity. Crawl back in the hole out of which you crawled and make the world a better place.

42. As long as there are products sold on tv there will be pitchman.
Unlike other pitchman Billy Mays brightened the screen.
He came across sincere like a family friend. Had agreat smile
Many of us will miss him. Condolences to his family.

i am, by no means, a proud american. i would leave if i could. nevertheless, your over-exagerated simplifications of what it is to be an american are wrong and lame. if you're intention is to be an intelligent, high brow critic, you've got a way to go. asshole. i hate america, but i hate you even more. asshole.

45. Wow, I hope that these comments are not typical of how most people think. How can so many be filled with so much hatred? Can't you recognize your blessings and be grateful for them? Is there really a need to write hateful things about a dead man? Or about each other? If you didn't like Billy, or anyone on TV for that matter, why not just turn the channel? Or better yet, turn it off and go do something. Anyhow, this email is not being written to evoke more spiteful comments, but to hopefully remind us all that we are all pretty well off. If you are reading this on your pc, on the internet, you are at least doing well enough to have a pc, to pay for internet connection. And since all of you apparently know Billy, then you must also have a television and most likely cable or DSL. There are more and more people everyday that can't even afford their electric bills. Give thanks and then think of how you can help. My family is all doubling our volunteer efforts. I don't say this to boast, but to maybe give you an idea of where to start to reach out to others. I pray that each of you are blessed with love, happiness and joy. Hugs to all.
