Rihanna -- See You Downtown, Chris Brown

Rihanna officially got served with the papers, the papers ("Goodfellas" anyone?) -- meaning she has officially been subpoenaed to appear in court to testify against Chris Brown.

Rihanna's lawyer, Donald Etra, told People, "Rihanna was served at my office by L.A. DA investigators ... if the preliminary hearing indeed goes forward, she is now legally required to be there, she will be there, and will answer all questions truthfully."

The hearing is set for June 22.

31. What is it with these black browns that make them abuse women. First you had James and then Bobby now chris. These are real men!!!!!!!! but as long as women don't press to have them locked up they will continue, he should have gone away for a few years to think about what he done.

32. i think she is as guilty as him. you never know what she did to him to piss him off. also the pic is b*** s*** they posted an other pic the next day and she looked okay to me. this is just to show you when he told her to get out of his car she should of listened. i mean if she hit him first i would of hit her back to. she wants to act like shes the s*** so be it.
