this frivolous lawsuit makes us of the Asian persuassion look foolish. I mean come on... because she made "asian eyes"? the asian guy in the picture not only didn't look insulted... he looked like he was trying to make "caucasian eyes". this woman obviously has no life, no friends, and needs to do something to make herself relevant even for 15 minutes so she can at least believe for a short time that she's not the loser she is.

64. First of all, not all Asians are the same. Kim is Korean. I'm half Asian and my wife is full and neither of us find "oriental" offensive. Personally I believe that Kim is making things worse for all Asians. What a loser.

65. People are not white. They are colored. maybe not black, brown or lavender, but they're colored. Some are pink of various hues. some are tan, either naturally or by excess suntanning. But no one is white.

So what to call these people of various shades that aren't black, or brown, or red, or yellow? White seems like an insult. Like these people are COLORLESS, like alien beings!

You know, Mexicans are ashamed of their Indian bloodline. They deny it at every turn. But they love to practice racism, and raise the race card whenever people want to protect American borders. Hmmm! In other words, they will join with racist rednecks to degrade other ethnics to get their goal of dominating American society. No conscience, there!

69. Give me a f*cking break, is this woman serious? Going on a one woman crusade to stop "racism", but what is she really saying? I know what she's saying "I'm poor, and I found a way to take advantage of some rich 15 year old, and I want money, lots n lots of money". Why isn't she suing any of the other people from the picture? I'll tell you why, because they don't have anything to lose. And that's all it was too, a picture, I bet she's taken plenty of stupid pictures; like perhaps year book photos, or some when she was new to California. I don't like Miley Cyrus either, but c'mon, this is an exact definition of frivolous lawsuit; that judge should have tossed it out as soon as it landed on his/her desk. I think Octo-Skank just lost her time under the "15 minutes of fame" light. Before you know it TMZ will know who this woman is, who her parents are, where she was born, where she lives, how many kids she has, if she's married, etc. And they will follow her around all day long and take pictures and video of her, just so they can post it on this website and let all of us get enjoyment out of teasing the sh*t out of her for being so ignorant. Then she'll drop the lawsuit, applogize, her and Miley will become "friends", and she'll get her own reality TV show. Isn't America great? I think so.

71. I can't keep up with what is acceptable and not acceptable. When I was a kid Oriental was a word for people from Asia, while Occidental was for white people. What has changed? Those were the terms they told us to use. And also, I was making funny the other day and speaking in a Scottish accent, so does that make me a racist?

Eventually, in a puzzled tone he asks her... "You really wanting... Cashew Chicken Special?"

74. Sorry but that Chinese lady is just trying to make a quick dollar. Her Chinese restraurant probably closed down and she has no clue what to do now. I'm asian and believe me asian people tease each other about having slanted eyes. She needs to get over it.
