122. There's two sides to this case & you can see them both throughout these comments.

1. I'm asian: Chinese to be exact. & not all Chinese people are like this, I think it's wrong for people to judge a whole race in general over the opinions of individuals.

2. Miley Cyrus did do something wrong but it doesn't mean people have to go to such extreme lengths, it is ridiculous but it is low for people to judge other so harshly.

124. Miley Cyrus was being a kid, she did nothing wrong. Should the Judge call this Young lady an Asian Pacific Islander at all times? If that's what she wants, she should let the judge know this and things may go smoother and cheaper for tax payers. Does she plan to share the money she may win with 999,999 other Asian Pacific Islanders? If one person sues on behalf of a group of people, shouldn't the money be split somehow?

126. This class action suit is not too much! That is the only one that Asians can have a voice in this country. There are not enough Asians in the USA to have a political voice, so the court is the answer. Why do you idiots think that Asians are always the ones who are offended without any recourse? If blacks were offended like this, Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton would be up in arms! Look what happened those, like Mel Gibson, who offended jews. They were forced to issue public apologies or they lose their careers. Since Asians don't have that kind of clout in this country, suing big time is the only answer.

127. I work in South Korea. I'm white. I get called "monkey" all the time by teenagers because of the hair on my arms. I'm not a hairy person at all. I have the hair on my arms pulled on by strangers. I get pointed at and have "foreigner" yelled at me by children and teenagers on a daily basis. I've been told by Koreans on several occasions that white people "stink like milk and b.o." that white women are "sluts", and that any Korean women who have anything to do with us are "sluts". I'm going to assume that Ms. Kim is a Korean-American. Lighten up Ms. Kim.

So you think having a racist asian too is going to help asians? What a loony.
