47. Danny is so full of himself, that's what makes him so unlikeable. He thinks he is on a pedastal. He is still pimping his dead wife. read his tweet about tour colors..".Purple-dead wife's fav color + it means royalty" ? He thinks he is so good he will now try dancing with stars? Listed himself as celebrity, artist, musician? Vote for me to become Mr. Twitter Universe? etc....His head is so big I am surprised he can even hold it up.
And his voice is so put on. You could see when the judges kept talking about his raspy voice how much more he deliberately highlighted it. He started off not too bad a singer and ended up trying so hard he was regressing. He is the only one who did not stay true to themselves as far as singing. He was competing to outdo everyone else and he failed.
Can't wait until he falls off his high horse!

If this is how the head of a charitable foundation wants to portray himself in the media have at it - I for one would NEVER donate to his charity that he pimps in every f'n interview - what a douche he is. 49. i find it funny that every hater in this thread is refering to danny as a douche... only because that's the word the little dorky fella on tv used. not an original thought in any one of your heads. a bunch of sheep. if anyone is a douche it's the little guy on tv... not only is he trying to make his money off of everyone else, but also name calling and passing his judgement along the way? please. he should try making a living off of his own merits rather than others.... and should fix his hair along the way.

51. Danny Gokey's 15 minutes are over after the AI summer tour. Dude is Taylor Hicks v2 man, not going anywhere. The guy who produces Daughtry's records even says so. Google it. He will never be an Adam Lambert. He will never be a Kris Allen. He needs to stop dressing exactly like Kris and just move on. I couldn't stand seeing his smug looks all throughout the AI season and glad he LOST. He will be forgotten after the summer tour, at least to the mainstream. He'll go into some christian rock genre where he may possibly have some success, but he's defo not going to be a Clarkson, Daughtry, Lambert or Allen. No way.

It's all illusion, just like a personality's image for someone named Danny has been all along. 55. people need to lighten up, he was joking. Danny has said several times the real reason he's doing all of this. I would never ever want to be famous b/c people pick apart every little thing you say and interpret it wrong. most of what he's been doing since being off idol is raising money for his wife's foundation. and what's wrong with having money? as long is it doesn't control you. everyone who's written something on here wouldn't turn down money if it was given to them.

Look what Danny does with money,help others, make the world a better place.Sophias heart foundation gives scholarships to students who have had hardships,helps pay medical expenses for children with heart surgeries,gives instruments to children who can not afford them in schools,helps with food and clothing for needy children,etc. and he just flew home to help support habitat for humanity.
