PULL YOUR PANTS UP JACKASS!!!!!.....The origated in prison because you can't wear belts or anything like them because they could be used as weapons...In some if not most prisons they take those items that can be used the strangle someone...So guys walk around without anything to hold their pants up. The by product of this is of course easy access to be assaulted....It's defiantely a practice that needs to be stopped. Most guys don't realize that they could just as many looks from other guys as they would from girls. Think about that when you wear your pants hangin off your ass.

Whoever came up with this style of wearing your jeans under your butt should be shot. It's one of the stupidest looks ever. Why would anyone deliberately try to look like a toddler who forgot to pull up his pants after he used the bathroom?
