Really, do you actually think Disney would try to convince her to stay, they are already pimping Selena Gomez like Miley's long gone Disney, and the lack of promotions for her newest CD's are absolutely astonishing, apparently a CD comes out July 7th, and they can't even post it on the website. Almost all the time you guys are right, but I am sure that Miley definitely would have had to fight for a season 4. Oh, and they weren't already signed on, none of the cast were.

25. Miley is only 16. I believe you have to be 18 to enter into a legally binding contract. So.. I doubt she's staying for another season because of a contract with Disney. Isn't Harvey Levin supposed to be some kind of attorney? This story is ridiculous... as many others on this site.
