Heidi and Spencer Pratt returned from the jungles of Costa Rica last night and it seems they left truth behind.

Heidi told us she'd love to do Playboy "one day" -- even though we know she already shot photos for them. And Spencer told us he "loves NBC" even though he accused them of torture and contemplated suing them.

Good to see nothing has changed.

13. So sad that she can't see he's using her to get famous. These 2 remind me of Howard K. Stern and Anna Nichole Smith. Seemed like HKS sold Anna out for his own agenda and now Spencer seems to be doing the same to Heidi. Poor girl latches on to just one person and revolves her world around him. He's making a fool out of her and mocking Jesus at the same time. Shame on both of them. Hopefully Heidi will open her eyes and realize she has sold her soul to the devil when she hooked up with Spencer.
