Heidi and Spencer Pratt returned from the jungles of Costa Rica last night and it seems they left truth behind. 
Heidi told us she'd love to do Playboy "one day" -- even though we know she already shot photos for them. And Spencer told us he "loves NBC" even though he accused them of torture and contemplated suing them.
Good to see nothing has changed.

23. Hate to say it but I thought Paris Hilton was the lowest of low. These two have replaced her. This guy can't be for real. Her parents are living a nightmare. they must cry themselves to sleep every night knowing that their daughter is ruining her life and with such an A'hole loser. He think any kind of publicity is good....may be good for 15 minutes, but can not last.
