I definitely think it's poor planning on the part of her management to plan out interview for exactly 4 minutes and then have it cut off right in the middle and be immediately connected to another station. I understand that she has a full schedule and they can't afford to run over, but they could at least let her finish answering the question and then say goodbye. If you listen to the calls where she supposedly "hung up" on the radio stations, all of them are disconnected exactly 4 minutes after they start. Besides that, she has answered all of the "offensive" questions that the radio DJ's asked that allegedly made her people hang up on them. These aren't new issues, she's addressed all of them in the past, so it makes no sense for her to not address them again on the radio when asked. I feel bad for Miley that she is getting a reputation for something that is not her fault at all.

I seem to recall Britney Spears doing the same thing by blowing of Ryan Seacrest on air by handing the phone off to some assistant, then surprise BLACKOUT was just that BLACKED OUT. when will these people learn that the radio stations play the songs and advertise interviews in advanced so that the station can get imput from fans on what they want to hear. she is just pissing off her cust base.
