Carrie PrejeanCarrie Prejean has threatened to sue the Miss California USA folks for defamation, we've learned. But we just obtained a letter the pageant's lawyer fired off to Carrie's lawyer, threatening to sue her for her "churlish insolent misbehavior."

The long letter details the alleged misdeeds which led to Carrie getting das boot. For starters, the pageant's lawyer says Carrie is full of it when she stated publicly she didn't ink a book deal. The letter also says Carrie had wrongfully turned down 39 pageant appearances since May 12.

And the letter claims Carrie defamed pageant honcho Keith Lewis when she said he "pressured her to appear in Playboy." Lewis says he merely passed on the offer, which he never advocated she take.

The letter says Carrie was fired because of her "intolerable misbehavior," citing "hostile communications from Carrie."

carrie prejeanThe letter threatens this: "If Carrie Prejean wants to assert in public that she was courteous, cooperative or professional in her conduct as Miss California USA, the history of her churlish insolent misbehavior can be presented."

The lawyer goes on to demand that Carrie stop making defamatory remarks and recant the ones she already made ... or else.

48. Most (not all) of you people are ugly and hateful on here. Why are you judging her? In the end she too will be for her actions (as we all will). She may be telling the truth, but then she may not be. We will never really know. She is just a person with feelings, thoughts, emotions and opinions. How would you feel if you had a opinion and got fired for it? Not fair. I for one totally agree with her. I live in California and I don't think there should be same sex marriage. Marriage is between 1 man and 1 woman. Period! It's just sad that for those of us that believe that (and we are the majority, obviously from the vote) we are looked at like we're the ones that are wrong. I am not wrong for believing what the bible and my God say is right. And neither is Carrie. People need to get over it and leave her alone. She is a beautiful person inside and out, nobody said Christians are perfect. We are still people. Nobody is perfect, we just try everyday to stand by our faith and teachings to do what is right in the eyes of our God. Not like any of you angry people on here care, but grow up.

Hell, they probably offered you to do it pro bono til they saw your People Court's footage and decided on hiring the guys that got their degrees from the law school on the second floor of the mall.

In typical liberal fashion, the more aggressive, angry and over-the-top confident a liberal pretends to be in their threats, only means they know they'll lose their ass off in a court of law and are trying to intimidate her into not suing. But as usual, since liberals are dumber than dirt and only rely on hate and emotion, Carrie is smart enough to call their bluff and I hope she sues the hell out of these slanderous, hateful bullies and forces Donald to clean house in that entire office.

55. The last thing Keith Lewis and his office of intolerant bigots want is to go to court with this girl. If they truly did they'd sit back in silence and just wait for their court summons. They know the facts are on Carrie's side and won't be allowed to rely on hate sites, like this one, to get their talking points and propaganda out. I hope Carrie sues their hateful selves and they get what they deserve, which is to be forced out of pageants to where they can't shove their liberal agenda down people's throats anymore.

If I'm Carrie's lawyer I'm jumping up and down with joy at the fact that Keith Lewis hired himself the most idiotic, incompetent lawyers he could possibly find. It sounds like a child wrote that letter in hopes of "scaring" Carrie. What a laugh!!! This is in the bag if Carrie goes forward and sues, like she should for freedom of speech and women everywhere.

59. This resembles a small dog that's barking and growling his ass off at the bigger dog, that's not even paying him any attention, because he's scared out of his mind. The more TMZ and Lewis bark the more obvious it becomes to everybody that they clearly know they're in the wrong and will lose any lawsuits that are filed.
