31. I'm in total agreement with "QE2". Chastity/Chaz ought to address the obesity issue before worrying about a sex-change. It's rather surprising that she/he would allow itself to become so large, given Mama Chers obsessive concern over her figure. Does it have no self worth or pride in appearance?? Becoming a man is not going to change the health risk all those extra pounds are creating. And yes, I would say exactly the same thing about a extremely overweight male...so this is not a bias judgment on lesbians or gays.

38. Why do the breasts need removing anyway? MEN DO have breasts, just not developed like a womans due to hormones. Once she is taking more male hormones, the boobs will be smaller and she can bind them. Why surgically remove them? That's just effed up if you ask me.
