There are tons, tons of ways to prove that picture. Including the source, EXIF data, visual indicators, other photos from that night, etc. It was leaked by the same guy who leaked the other Miley photos. But is is so outrageous websites like TMZ immediately deny its legitimacy upon seeing it. Such a shame.

52. Oh my god, I´m amazed by all racial comments in these posts. Is it that common that people in America are ignorant, narrow minded and racists? I´m only asking because I´m from Europe myself and although it´s quite uncommon here. The population is very mixed and it´s more common that you have a very mixed group of friends than you don´t. In America it seems to be more narrowed minded, white people only hang out with white, black with black, asian with asian, latino with latino and so on... correct me if I´m wrong??
