13. I personally love the way the Sarena's arms look!!! It takes alot of work to get arms like that and YES you can get arms like that without steroids. If you havent noticed the Williams sisters are not petite ladies, look at how big there legs are! All it takes is dedication to get a rockin body like they have!!
