Bionic Women Lindsay Wagner Bionic Woman Lindsay Wagner is being sued over a car crash.

Kent Smith claims Wagner's car hit his car which he was driving, resulting in injuries, hospital bills ... the works.

Wagner wasn't driving. She owns the car and was a passenger. It was being driven by Regina Samsel, who works for Wagner.

We got a "no comment" from both Lindsay and Regina.

18. Some of you are so mean ,Just think what folks will say about you when your of age .
She looks great and I agree he is just wanting to cash in on her because she is a celebrity.
The guy is a swindler if ya ask me .
And you ask why we have a backed up court rooms .
When guys like this waist there time on crap like this .

19. I think she looks great for 60.. I hpoe I do as well.... I am not sure how a fender bender is an exclusive story ? I would have to agree that is what insurance is for..

20. Most likely this story is overblowni into something bigger than it really is.
By the way, I just saw Lindsay Wagner in person two months ago and she looked beautiful!
We had some private time with her and she was most gracious and kind and also took pictures with us! I had such a great time with her, I hope to get the opportunity to see her again soon!

21. Hey..Linds..I saw your note about Lindsay's car accident in the 70's...this accident happened Lindsay was 2 episodes into filming the Bionic Woman series. I need to emphasize that NO ONE was killed!! Thank God! The boyfriend fiancee you mention was actor Michael Brandon whom she later married. They were badly injured but they were OK..Just wanted to clarify that...

22. Hey Linds....I saw your note about Lindsay's car accident in the 70's ..this is actually true ..it happened after Lindsay filmed the very first or second episode of the Bionic Woman series. But I need to emphasize the fact that NO ONE was killed!!
Lindsay and her then boyfriend/fiancee, actor Michael Brandon, whom she later married, were injured in the wreck but both survived with a few scars.

24. The fact so many are posting about this is a tribute to Lindsay's popularity. As long as no one was seriously hurt the accident is none of our business. It is on the other hand a rare opportunity to thank LW for her many, many great performances. Happy belated birthday as well. 06/22. Since so many felt they needed to comment on her looks, she is a beautiful person that isn't limited to her in the traditional sense...only.
