is it a good idea to get pregnant after a gastric bypass? You can hardly eat anything after the surgery, but the baby needs a LOT of nutrients. Breast feeding moms have to eat a lot too.

Not saying she should wear head to toe black, but there are just some prints that, um, "larger" folks should NOT wear and that's one of them.

Nice Moo-Moo! It goes to show you that food addiction is real. (She should not be this heavy after having a gastric bypass, even with recently giving birth). She always runs to Oprah to tell of her addiction to food, alcohol, avacados (yes last time she was on she annouced she stoped eating avacados), whatever... too many calories in with out enough calories out (exercise) equal weight gain.

Looks like her gastro-bypass stomach grew back to full eatin' size again.

Carnie looks good. Most Roux-en-Y folks keep off 50-60% of their excess weight long term, which is what Carnie is doing. She is no where near the 300+ pounds she was pre-surgery. And for the blogger who commented on pregnancy post weight loss surgery, it's perfectly fine and safe as long as the person waits 18-24 months after surgery (or when weight loss stabilizes). Much healthier and safer pregnancy than pre-surgery.

Dang, this is just wrong. She shouldn't wear that crap anywhere but INSIDE her house. Don't even come out to pick up the newspaper with that on. I'm not a celebrity, but even I wouldn't go out in public looking like that. Where is her self respect? Gastric bypass is like anything else, doesn't work if you go back to eating the way you did. You have to keep eating those SMALL portions. Now she's got her insides chopped up for what? Who knows the long term effect of having most of you stomach cut out and then stretching that little pouch that was left?

I have the same "dress" she has on...no lie! and she does look a lil like a judd at first glance.
