The 19-year-old ex-con -- with big sis Brooke waiting patiently at his side -- got the vehicle up and running by adding some engine coolant.

23. Both passenger and driver knew what could happen that night and I feel pretty certain that the accident wasn't intentional howver, his driving privelages should be taken from him for a long time.
