35. @duh ---- For a man to have to bite a woman, you know she was doing something to him...So why do you all just let the story come out Monday or stop being so judgemental. They were both wrong and if we women want equal rights - we have no right to hit a man - just like they have no right to hit a woman. It shouldn't be so one sided - like I hear people on here say - No man should every hit a woman. And people do have emotions, that's what makes us human and for the person on her that called Rihanna 'classless' because she it Chris - you're just hypocricital. Because hitting him was a lot 'classier' than the rabbi that called the police and put Chris in this legal mess where he's been charged way over the seriousness of the crime committed.

That rabbi will be more of a help to CB I believe than people realize. Because he's the one who stated that CB was very calm when getting her out of the car, and that she was yelling at him. He also stated that CB was quietly shaking his head at whatever she was saying and then he walked away. BTW, why is TMZ now reporting that they've reported in the past about Rih repeatedly hitting CB? That's a lie! They've always made it out like CB attacked her. Why the backtrack now? Have they gotten new info? :-)

40. Chris did not viciously beat her up, he was not charged with battery! If he did attack her and viciously beat her up why was he not charged with battery? why did the DA have to send the case back to the police because of lack of evidence? Why was he only charged with making threats initially? Why was he charged with assault with intent only after the pics were released?

That search warrant that some of you people believe so much said that CB punched Rihanna in her left eye with his right hand. Can you please explain why she did not have a black left eye? It also said that he punched her repeatedly. Can you please explain why her face was not bruised up black and blue? Remember that Shamwow guy? Did you see the prostitue afterwards? If not, you should see for yourself; it was horrible. The Shamwow guy got charged with FELONY AGGRAVATED BATTERY because he, unlike CB, beat that girl to a pulp/viciously beat her up. The case was thrown out most likely because she also did damage to him. Even Kanye West got charged with battery (although a misdemeanor) for breaking a paparazzi’s camera! If CB did all that was said in that warrant he would have been charged with battery, but he was not!. All I am saying is that everyone is making what CB did MUCH WORSE THAN WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED. None of that stuff in the warrant makes sense when you compare it to what he is charged with and how Rihanna looked in the pic…it just doesn’t add up!! That warrant is BOGUS! and i hear it got thrown out by the judge and thats why they need Rihanna to come and testify, cuz that hear-say warrant is BOGUS!

And I do NOT, condone violence, for the record. In this CB and Rihanna case, she hit him first and he hit her back. TWO "WRONGS" DO NOT MAKE A "RIGHT"...BUT THE SECOND "WRONG" WOULD NOT HAVE OCCURRED IF THE FIRST "WRONG" HADN'T OF HAPPENED IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Rihanna attacked CB first when she “was aggressive with Brown in the car, striking him repeatedly after seeing a text message on Brown’s phone from another woman”. It seems as if what she did does not matter to some of you people. It’s as if you overlook what she did and vilify CB even though what he did was not as bad as the media is making it seem. What would you people be sayin if they DID crash and become seriously injured because CB did not retaliate? There is a reason why TMZ is letting everyone know that she attacked him first and aggressively at that.

I personally believe Rihanna did a number on CB. No one but Rihanna and CB know what he looked like that night. He did not go to the police station till the next night so he had plenty of time to clean up. So when the po-pos saw him, he probably didn’t look too bad. I also believe the blood in the car was CBs lol. Yami said Rihanna smashed the phone in his face and caused his nose to bleed. Rihanna supporters most likely don’t believe her but I do. Why would she lie about that?

All those people callin Chris out of his name need to seriously confront their own abusers and stop saying such cruel things about Chris instead. That will not help you lol.
