Hypothetical question: If you were a singer accused of beating your girlfriend to a pulp and your preliminary hearing was set for Monday ... would your next release be a song called "Smash" ?????

By the way ... Monday will be extremely interesting. Rihanna is set to take the stand and give the blow-by-blow.

The big question -- will Chris Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos, cross-examine Rihanna. As we reported, Rihanna was aggressive with Brown in the car, striking him repeatedly after seeing a text message on Brown's phone from another woman.

46. I remember the statement from the Rabbi, he did say Chris was standing on the sidewalk and Rihanna was ..... STANDING in the raod Screaming on top of her lungs... Chris had his head down and hands in pockets... all Chris did was shake his head... then chris walked away.... she was STILL STANDING AND SCREAMING on top of her lungs at him as he WALKED away... That girl was far from unconcious... she was alert and very very cognasant of her surroundings.... Im sorry all you haters want to believe the very worse about Chris Brown... but the witness said that he saw Chris WALK AWAY SLOWLY.... Don't give me he left her pampered crazy butt there passed out and almost dead... because if that were true... the Rabbi wouldnt have said that Chris was standing in one place and Rihanna was standing and screaming in another place... if she were out cold... the man would have not heard a thing... Get a CLUE!!! Chris isnt the monster all you clueless dumb morons wish he was... He is a good guy who was with the WRONG girl for real!!! Chris Keep strong your supporters are here for you no matter what and YES I AM AN ADULT!!!! If you dont like that TOO BAD!!!
