Donatella has Doctors, period...and one day she'll put the to GOOD use, perhaps. We all know that between her and Gianni, HE was the actual beauty of the family.

Her feelings become irrelevant when she takes herself to a back alley butcher shop and turns herself into a celebrity hamburger. Well, those surgeons have to practice somehow!

Seriously? TMZ must be trying to kiss up to her publicist. Maybe the publicist has a few real clients they need access to. But really? Before, not ugly but nothing attractive. After, Christ!!! Whose body did they pull those parts off of in the morgue? She looks like the "Real Bride of Frakenstein"! When are women going to learn that plastic surgery, if used too much, eventually makes you look like Michael Jackson(and I think everyone can agree that''s a horrible thing).

OK, let's fix this up right here and now: WOMEN >> your self-esteem is not based on phony appearances, it is based on your health and your beingness as an Earthling and your accomplishments and ability to move through life with purpose, creativity, positive impact and growth. Do NOT hang out with those who get plastic surgery like that. You are FREE.

I personaly think she looks horriable,that is really plastic surgery gone wrong..

Oh. My. God. Both pics are hideous. Why does anyone think their lips look good like this? The rest of her doesn't look THAT bad in the recent photo.
