Black Eyed Peas Held Captive

Black Eyed PeasWe're told there's a reason Polo Molina, the general manager of the Black Eyed Peas, turned himself in. Sources tell us Toronto cops said they would not let any of the Peas out of the country unless they got their man.

The Peas are on tour, so being locked in Toronto would have created big problems.

Perez Hilton
claims Molina beat him in the eye last night, after the MuchMusic Awards.

Molina has been charged with assault. We're also told Perez plans on pressing the case.

166. If this guy hit Perez, he deserves to be brought to justice for it. All these comments glorifying the HIT are wrong. I dont care who they are. Canadian Police made the right move and now lets let them fight it out in a civil way. Not a fan of the Will i am (not) or Perez but this junk is childs play for pansies.

167. I'd like to contribute to this guy's defense fund if needed. He did the world a great service and he should be rewarded!

169. I really think that charges should be brought against Mario Lavendera (aka Perez). He behaved like an idiot and instead of calling 911 he created a publicity stunt and jammed up the Toronto lines possibly preventing someone who was really hurt or in danger from getting help. He also used his website to initially claim that it was will.i.am. who assaulted him. The Black Eyed Peas band member would be well within his rights to sue Perez for these wrongful allegations. And the fact that he then tries to declare he took the higher ground when he is constantly harming people with his comments about their appearance, weight, relationships etc. is very tiring. I used to read his site for gossip just for the fun of it but now won't long on there and will go elsewhere for the guilty pleasure. Somewhere that the writers aren't as nasty and whiney.

170. The police or the prosecutor or the judge should give Perez the option to either 1) drop the case or 2) receive the same punishment Molina will receive. Perez is just as guilty.

172. This guy (not even dignifying him with a name) is a drama queen and a hypocrite! How can you defame someone's character by saying that he is not an artist and then call him a "faggot"... while on the other hand not accept a Miss America contestant for stating her honest opinion regarding gay marriage.
As many have said DONT DISH IT IF YOU CANT TAKE IT!!!

Right or wrong, the chances are great that you might get hit if you scream the word "faggot" in someone's face!!!
