Lindsay Lohan is officially annoying -- according to LAPD cops who gave her a ticket for being too frickin' loud.
Neighbors in the Hollywood Hills started calling the PD early yesterday morning because of loud music at Lindsay's. At 4:20 AM, cops came out and took care of business by giving LiLo a ticket for excessive noise.
Just another day in the life.

Lohan was visited by the cops at about 3:30 a.m. after neighbors apparently complained about her loud music. A Los Angeles Police Department spokesman could not confirm the visit to us, because a noise complaint "would be too minor" for the nightwatch to record.

22. Thry should have locked her up for a good long time when she walked into a police station with Coke on her.
Any one of us would have gotten serious jail time for that alone. Instead, they slap her on the wrist and let her go - so she can do more mischief.
