Perez vs. Will.I.Am -- CAUGHT ON TAPE

TMZ has just obtained video footage of the heated confrontation between Perez Hilton and Will.I.Am -- in which Perez can clearly be heard calling the Black Eyed Pea a "f**king f*ggot."



The footage begins in the middle of the verbal altercation outside an after-party for a music award show in Toronto -- moments after Hilton claims Will went after him like a "heat-seeking missile" and unleashed a verbal tirade at him.

With a crowd surrounding Perez, Will and Will's manager, Polo -- the guys argue back and forth for about a minute, until Perez tells Will, "you're not a f**king artist ... you're a f**king f*ggot."

The scene suddenly turns chaotic -- and in the mess someone punches Perez in the face.

On a video blog on his website, Hilton claims Will's manager hit him "two or three times."

Will also posted a video blog saying he never hit anyone.

69. Legally, Perez doesn't have any case here. He verbally assaulted will.i.am with what he admitted (on his Perez blog, loudly and dramatically) were the meanest and nastiest and most hurtful things he could think of to SCREAM at will.i.am and his entourage.

Perez is wrong here, as much as anyone else. If he had a sack, he'd "BE THE BIGGER MAN" and APOLOGIZE for escalating this whole thing. When asked to break it up by security, he lunges into will.i.am's entourage and CONTINUES!! Perez is culpable, too. That's a fact.

Violence in ANY form is wrong. From both sides. Perez was combative, aggressive and showed a wanton, reckless disregard for the welfare of himself AND those around him. He also ADMITS intent to SLANDER and INJURE will.i.am. (Yes, there's free speech, but hey ... what he admitted to IS A CRIME ANYWHERE IN THE US!)

Then, today, he RECORDS himself doing it AGAIN ... and posts it on his site for millions to see.

Wow. What a monumental case of DBaggery. Somebody please arrest that fool and take him to jail.

The way that Perez does everyone on his site is it's only a matter of time before celebs get p**sed at him and do something about it. I remember 3 years ago I went to his site and i got a frigging virus that turned my computer screen orange like his hair and I could not get rid of the virus and I had to go out and buy a new computer but the virus was probably installed on his werbite by a angry celeb who he slams all the time.
