Gosselin Divorce Docs -- We Got 'Em!

It was only a matter of time -- 2 days to be exact -- but we got a hold of the once-sealed divorce documents in the Jon & Kate Gosselin case. Here's what's interesting. The docs say they just can't agree on who gets what.

According to the documents, "plaintiff and defendant have been unable to agree as to the equitable distribution" of their marital property. It goes on: "Plaintiff [Kate] is and has always been willing to negotiate a fair and reasonable settlement."

But we checked this out with some Pennsylvania lawyers, who say this is boilerplate language -- everyone who files says this. The real test is when Jon gets served and the lawyers try pounding out a property settlement.

Anyone watching that show even from the beginning, knew Jon wasn't into the marriage -but don't blame the other half that had to fend for everyday life with eight kids/and watch him on the tabloids with other women-seems to me they should have never gotten married -how people act during seperationan divorce is very telling -of their actual person.
The bottom line is ,that and all of that "property" is the kids and no elses-they are the reason for the show-and unfortunately the (Parents) will be spending it up-kind of the early child actors!

34. So according to the document, Kate going to prove they've been living separate and apart for at least 2 years? Yeah, okay. This is just more Kate grandstanding. You know If I were Jon, I'd be happy just to have the clothes on my back to get away from that witch but of course now is the time to strike back with a vengeance. Strike hard Jon! We all know she's boinking that bodyguard! Many thanks to the snitch who got their grubby hands on the docs and thanks to TMZ for posting.

37. Jon is a lazy douchebag who's trying to live the single youth he thinks he missed. He should man up and take responsiblity for the eight children he chose to have and quit chasing college students and getting his ears pierced. What's he gonna do next??? Kate is bossy, but someone had to take charge, and it sure wouldn't have been him. He proved that time and time again. What else could Kate have done? What if she had been spineless like Jon??? 40. I never watched this show until last night. The previews of the coming weeks show was enough to show what a raging "B" this woman was to her husband. I just read her comments to another magazine and she says he pushed her to this. Well I say, GOOD FOR HIM, no one should take that crap!

If you don't care for what is happening with Jon and Kate then stop reading/watching about them...you don't have to read this site, TMZ isn't holding a gun to your head to read this BS but you all have comment about it. If it wasn't Jon and Kate going through this it would be somebody else and we would all be following their story too..

43. Evidently Jon's mom has not taught him well on being responsible parent and husband. No wonder she got divorced. It's just sad that she passed it on to her immature son. I just feel so sad for the children who never asked for this.
