NJ Housewife -- Reality Show Good, Sex Tape Bad

Danielle Staub"Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Danielle Staub has no problem putting the most intimate moments of her life on display for the world to see -- except for when she's getting intimate.

Staub is trying to block the release of a sex tape her former boyfriend is trying to sell. Her lawyer filed a complaint today in Passaic County Superior Court alleging Stephen Zalewski, who also appeared on the reality show, invaded her privacy and has caused her and her young daughters emotional distress.

Also causing Staub's young children emotional distress -- seeing their mother on "Real Housewives of New Jersey."

Zalewski told Star magazine, "I'm definitely weighing my options as far as selling [the tapes] and getting them out there ... She cost me so much money, why shouldn't I make a few dollars?"

UPDATE -- Staub won round one. A judge granted a temporary injunction against the tape. The order could become permanent at a hearing next month.

93. Ok I watch all of the Housewive Reality Shows and honestly...this Danielle chick is the skankiest of all the other housewives. Close in comparison is the insecure and inadequate Tamara from Orange County. That poor little biatch is intimidated by her own husband. He knows he married a chick from the trailer park and well....you can take the girl outa the trailer park but you cant take the trailer park outa the girl. Im just sayin.....lol

95. Danielle is a gross excuss for a mother. I think her actions have proven that. She has proven that she is not a good mother figure to her two girls by the way she displays her sexal pleasures. I think her girls should be taken away from her. I think Steve should go ahead and show the vidoe and let the world see just what a great mom Danielle is by her "actions". Her kids will be the one's that will have to pay for what she has done and I hate that for her. Think, Danielle, before you leap next time. Things come back to haunt you.

97. holy cow. the girls' dad is not the man who danielle accuses of beating her, if that is true. if he has not petitioned the court for full custody, where are their grandparents? someone must care about them. danielle needs to be committed so that she can finally get some help. the book was not even about her, except for a short reference to her ex-husband;s relationship with her. the rest of the participants on this show are fun and interesting. she needs to go.
