16. I was there during the time of the no hot water. Perhaps I am a different type of Vegas goer. I was in my room by 9:00 PM the evening the water went out. So I had no hot water that night. I then of course was up early Saturday morning. Husband started shower and told me to call front desk to see what the time they estimated it would be fixed. Of course they aplogized and said within an hour....... ok that is fine we will wait. Hour passed still no hot water, I call back still not to upset and ask again a couple hours it will be fixed I am told this time. I ask can we shower else where as we would love to start our day. They say no other options are available (so the other options were not offered). So we order room service hoping if we eat breakfast in our room perhaps it will be fixed. BUT NO. so we do what we have to do and we take cold showers and head out for the day, thinking surely when we come back it will be fixed. We had massages scheduled at the Encore at 4:00... NO HOT WATER there either. So you get a nice massage with all that oil and then what do you do???? Yeah 50.00 doesn't cut it considering I paid nearly 300.00 bucks a night
