Hubby to Kate Walsh -- I Want Your Boss!

Kate WalshKate Walsh's estranged husband will not take no for an answer. He's filed new court papers asking to grill Kate's boss -- the Prez of ABC -- under oath.

Alex Young is now responding to ABC -- the network claims Young is harassing them and should be blocked from deposing ABC President Stephen McPherson about Kate's salary and earning potential.

Walsh and Young are in a bitter battle over money -- the irony ... they were only married 14 months before separating, but Young thinks he's entitled to a chunk of money Kate may be hiding.

But in papers filed yesterday by Young's lawyer, Jeff Sturman, he strongly suggests Walsh may be in for a big ABC payday and he's entitled to half. Specifically Young wants to know not just what Kate is scoring for "Private Practice" but also future deals, including bonuses and new projects. As Young's lawyer put it, "Ms. Walsh is not a garden variety employee who received a weekly paycheck..."

Under California law they're entitled to a 50/50 split of earnings during the marriage.

17. I agree with you all this is total BS. He should not be allowed to get her future money, but women do this all the time. If a man builds a fortune then marries a waitress or something and gets divorced, in like 2 years she gets half of everything that took him a lifetime to build.

So I'm rooting for this guy! Get all this b!tches money! Bring her boss in to court and keep the pressure up! Let these women see how it feels! Score one for the man!

23. If it were a woman suing a man for this, no one would complain. If married in California the law is pretty clear, 50/50 split. Earnings potential can come into play.

26. How sexist this is. How many divorces have we seen high profile MEN lose millions of dollars to the same thing. Now because it's a guy suing a woman it's wrong? ?

Ok,enough with the sexist thing.Here's the thing: the problem it's not that he's a man, but that he is a rich man, a very rich man (he's co-president of production at Fox, he's not jobless or works as a waiter). He doesn't NEED her money and he doesn't deserve it either (I mean...14 monthts). The person doing this could be a woman and, as a woman ,I'd still find it wrong, same kind of wrong!
