Granted all the scandal of his later years will always be there...but all the kids commenting about all the junk here know nothing about his musical talent as a young child...just watch the videos playing on t.v all day today...he was an amazing artist...all of todays artist perform the way they do because MJ did it first...Anything being done right now down to the singing dancing, writing his own songs, his vidoes - MJ did it first!!.........we are only humans and all of us will have scandal in our lives but when we pass hopefully at one time in ur lives if by chance u put a smile on a few faces and if u did then that is what will remembered not our sins... that will all be reviewed by our maker.

51. hi, as soon as i heard the news that michael jackson had died i absorlooty couldn't believe it i mean a TRUE LEGEND has passed once again and it really hitted me hard because i never new how good and how important he was until he is gone and i completely agree with justin timberlake he was and will always be one of the greatest pop kings. and its so hard to say goodbye to such a legend and im glad for everyone realizing the greatness of his presents and allthough he had a bad past everyone just has to move on!! I don't know how I even happened upon this little corner, but first things first; punctuation and grammar, please find some. Secondly, Michael Jackson as a pop star is, and will always be, a huge influence. Lastly and most importantly, as an individual, emotionally and psychologically, he needed a lot of help. 57. Genius? Oh please, that man was a performer. Some of it at times was good. But I don't think he's a legend. Has hasn't really done anything in quite some time. What's a legend anyway? As for the child molestation biz. My question is, if your so innocent and didn't do anything with those kids, why pay parents millions if you didn't do anything? I for one would have gone to trial and let a jury decide my fate. (If I'm truly innocent of course). And why continue to have "sleep overs"? You would think that after the 1st incident you'd stop having little boys stay over your house. Although I wasn't a big fan of MJ, I for one don't wish ill or disrespect his memory,(my parents raised me better than that), but I do feel for his family. After all, he was someone's father, son, & brother. Despite his many "flaws" I do hope you RIP.
