The Man Who Allegedly Punched Perez

Many have probably thought about it -- but this is the guy accused of actually doing it.

TMZ has obtained the mugshot of Polo Marino -- the manager of the Black Eyed Peas who was arrested for allegedly punching blogger Perez Hilton after the MuchMusic Video Awards in Toronto on Sunday night.

Marino, who is on probation stemming from a DUI arrest in California, could spend six months in jail if the D.A. in Orange County moves to violate his probation.

47. If you wanna be gay then be gay, but don't step to a real man and unload all kind of profanities in his face and expect to get a pat on the back by him. Also, you can expect someone from his crew to punch or slap you when your disrespecting him (this is a legit move). Perez would have learned this if he would stop playing with barbie dolls change his prescription from estrogen/progesterone to testosterone and grow some balls.

50. Perez didn't deserve to be sucker punched. There are a few bitches in this world that should be beaten down... Perez isn't one of them... if people don't like him, don't go to his site! If he was arrested in CANADA, why is he in trouble with the US courts? why does what happened on foreign soil make any bearing if he goes to jail here for parole violations?? NOT FAIR!!!

Ok, grasping at straws, but Perez got what he deserved. He seems to be under the impression that only HIS opinion matters and everyone else be damned. Maybe he also owes an apology to Miss Cal. I have BOYCOTTED his site since he would not stop harrassing her for stating her opinion. BS!!!
