407. Grandparents have no rights to child custody in the state of California. I believe it should stay that way. In this case, Joe Jackson abused his own children, both physically and mentally, and his wife did nothing to stop it. There is no way they are going to be awarded custody of those children. I don't care how much money you throw around, the welfare of the children come first and the courts want them to be with their parent.

So, where do the children go? With their natural mother, of course. In the case of "Blanket", the state will have to find an good home.

This is no different than any other case where children lose their parent. Just because Joe Jackson has a big mouth and wants a piece, if not all, of Michael's estate, doesn't mean he will get it. I'm glad the will clearly stated that Joe Jackson gets nothing, because that's what he is. A big nothing that blows around a lot of hot air and does a lot of grand gesturing.

Michael would be rolling over in his grave, (when they stop screwing around and put him in one), if he knew that his creepy father had custody of his children. He had no relationship with most of his family. The garbage Joe Jackson spouts about the family doing an "intervention" with Michael is just that. Michael has lived outside of the US for quite a while, if you recall. Joe Jackson must have dreamed it.

Michael's children deserve to be protected and loved - not abused and used because they have money. And one other thing: Joe Jackson better back off on threatening Debbie. Debbie has no obligation to allow either of any of them to see her children after they are properly in her custody.

Please do what is right (the courts) and give Debbie her children, plus Blanket.......These children have been damaged enough with MJ as a father figure....I pray Debbie Rowe steps up and takes all three of them, then maybe they might have a chance....MJ did nothing but ruin their short lives with his desire to be a parent......He couldn't take care of himself much less 3 children.......Who buys children anyway???? No one but Mj.....How could he have bought the third child and left this child with NO mother on the birth certificate...This is NOT LOVE,,,it is sick ownership of another human being.......Please Debbie Rowe, take your children and Blanket and show them somewhat normal life............Dont give in to the very people who ruined MJ 's chance of self acceptance, and peace........ MJS parents yes both Joe and Katherine destroyed Michaels live! He went public in an interview with O. Winfrey saying his Father beat him and constantly yelled at him. He couldn't stand being yelled at even in adult hood.

Had MJ not had such a friggen dysfuntional family he probably would have been normal. But his parents stole his childhood from him.

MJ was a great talent and wanted to be a good person but he had this heckle and jyde personality due to growing up Jackson.

MJ was a child molester, His defense said they were "sleepovers" but isn't it odd that the "sleepovers were with ALL boys?

MJ was most likely molested as a young boy.

Debbie Rowe may not be Mother Teresa but I do believe she loved MJ and like Princess Dianna was with Prince Charles unaware that she was being used to produce children for The King Of Pop and would later be dropped from their lives.

Debbie Rowe should get these kids... Anna Nicole Smiths daughter is doing very well with Larry Birkhead and MJS and Debbies children will thrive with her. Joe and KAtherine Jackson raised MJ and his sisters and brothers and they are all one screwed up family... History should NOT be allowed to repeat itself in this case!

And you really believe that The Jackson's aren't after the money after the way they forced their children into showbiz for money? Come on ya all!

412. Before everyone jumps on the bandwagon for those kids to go to Michael's parents, remember, Joe Jackson was a child abuser and was the main reason Michael grew up to be as troubled as he was. Yes, they do know Debbie Rowe, not as a mother, but she is not a stranger. If she wants them, I believe she will take care of them and love them. And yes, she should get Blanket too, he is part of group of siblings. As for doing it for the money, I doubt it, after all the dust settles over what the estate is worth, vs what is owed, there may very well be NOTHING.

413. Michael Jackson DID NOT want to be black... He was a product of Joe and Katherine Jackson and THEY didn't want to be black.

MJS as well as the other Jackson's are the way they are because of the parents who raised them.

Joe played "Bad cop" and Katherine played "Good cop"

414. To all the haters, Rowe is just out for the money. She never expressed any interest until now, preferring to live with her animals. ALSO, MJ WAS FOUND NOT GUILTY AND IS INNOCENT OF ANY CRIME AGAINST CHILDREN! I don't see that idiot Long Island so-called congressman being in the new about all the pedophile priests that were caught by their superiors and just shuffled around to molest and rape other children! Funny how no one seems to remember Brooke Shields speaking about her life being similar to MJ growing up on stage! She pointed out how they tried to have a normal life. 415. To whom it may concern,Michiael jackson was a great father to those 3 children. He was the only parent they knew.We all need to remember that these children are a precious gift from god.Their father raise them like a parent since they were born.We need to think back at the memorial when Paris stood up and put the whole world in tear when she told everyone how great of a father he was and how much she missed him and how much she loved him.Everytime I see that I get tears in my eyes.I love love children and the jackson family so much.I wis I could hug each one of them and tell them how much I love them.what paris said tells us he was a great father to those children that's why they love him so much.The children love the jackson family and they love them.If debbie Rowe loves these children like she claim she needs to leave those children alone with the jackson family instead of hurting them by taking them away from a family they love very much.All three of these children need to stay together as a family.Debbie rowe is not a parent to blanket and she has no rights to him at all.Debbie rowe needs to think about the money she received for the children.If the couts are crazy enough to give the 2 children to her she needs to give the money she recived for the children.I know the courts would never do anything against michiels will.The courts will make the right decisin and I am praying for the Children everyday.If anyone remembers at the memorial paris had her head on her grandmothers shoulder for support and show us how much she love her.After paris spoke you do remember that paris hugged janet jackson for comfort and shows how much the whole family loves those children.All of our prayers are with the children and the jackson family, God bless you always.
