35. No she should not get the kids. She walked away from them for money and will only walk back into their lives for the money. 39. My son's father is like that. If anything ever happened to me he TECHNICALLY could still fight to take custody of him. But it would be a nightmare for him. He doesn't know is father. His father doesn't pay child support. His father doesn't care to come the TWO miles to come see him. I initially thought it would be best for them to go with their mother, but she's wackier than Michael for giving them up like she did. How kooky do you have to be to give up your flesh and blood as a GIFT to a man?

Only time will tell what happens to those innocent children who have been subjected to his obvious drug abuse throughout the years and are about to be used as pawns or future slave laborers by the family for money. The children have the DNA of Ms. Rowe and a sperm donor not that of Mr. Jackson. If they ever need serious medical assistance, i.e. medical history for diseases, etc.,, it is the biological mother who can provide them with assistance not the dysfunctional people who stole their son's childhood experiences which prevented him from normal relationships with women and a real man in life. Pray for Michael Jackson's soul!

44. Should be a good fight. The Jacksons are not even blood relatives of these kids. God only knows who Blanket's mother is. The other kids might not know their mother , but it doesn't seem like they were around the Jacksons all that much either. We all know how stable the Jackson family is. Wonder if Joe Jackson will treat the Grandkids any better than he treated Micheal. I would think Michael would have had a Will and would have assigned Guardianship for the kids. But still, Rowe didn't legally sign away her rights as a parent. Ah, let the blood letting begin. I bet Debbie has a closet full of Jackson skeletons.
