46. Realistically, I think they have to do something for the fans in public. If they don't, the funeral will be under siege by people and a public memorial service may at least limit the amount of people who show up to the family service. It's bad enough that the paps are going to hound the family (especially the children) at the church, they don't need that from obsessed fans who horrifyingly and incorrectly behave like their pain is worse than some of the Jackson family's pain.

I am still in shock.I am so sad for his family. I hope they can get throught the grief all right. I pray for his family and his relatives and his chilfdren and his friends.
As for a memorial,mabye they should have one for just family,and another one for the public. He always said he loved his fans,and it would mean alot to us and we would love to see the memorial of the one we loved,and will always continue to love,Michael Jackson.
I think that hes not really gone,just that hes not with us physically anymore.But in spirit and in our hearts and memories and his music and our love for him,he'll live on forever and will always be there with us.



SIDE NOTE:AS FOR YOU,TMZ,you better not say anything mean or negative about him or his family.You never should have made fun of him the way you did sometimes.Its entirely disrespectful. And that guy that was all excited about touching his hand,hes cool,but that guy with the long blond hair said some not too nice stuff in the past,and Harvey did too,and some other people on there that I dont know names and cant think of right now,but you know who you are.Seriously,you shouldnt make fun of anyone,especially such a good and wonderful person as Michael Jackson.

48. nvestigation, how many people that once or still may have done drugs be murdered and all media, cops and coroners want to say is "Accidental", people are using their Drug dependance to murder these people, who couldnt see Anna Nicole was Murdered she probably was being injected in her sleep. Murder is still Murder. I ask any Coroner or anyone else how do you prove Self Injected or Murder by someone else in a Drug Overdose unless you where there to witness the lethal injection, Mr. Joe Jackson and Family please fight this and bring light to the negligence of Police work and Coroners office allowing people to committ MURDER! How in the world if Michael was such a Junkie train, dance, perform like he did on DRUGS, people are really playing into this media hype. If Michael was such a Junkie, Michael would have been walking around and talking just like the people they are trying to identify him with Elvis and Anna Nicole and we all know how Elvis and Anna Nicole behaved dont we.

49. Michael Jackson's Live-In Doctor Conrad Murray charged with Involuntary Manslaughter?


Doctor Conrad Murray the live in Cardiac Physician who prescribed medication to the Pop Star should have known better to administer any type of drugs to someone who could suffer a cardiac arrest due to stress, eating habits and other aliments.

Charges need to be filed against Conrad Murray for irresponsible professional behavior that led to the eventual death of Michael Jackson.

This case once filed and if a conviction is granted by either a grand jury or judge, will send a clear message to celebrities shopping for drug doctors to think twice. And a message will be clear to drug dealer doctors to celebrities to think twice before administering medications for money..

Conrad Murray knew that Michael Jackson was deceased when he contacted 911. CPR on a bed? Come on Murray...you were scared because you knew you messed up. Now the world will know that Dr. Conrad Murray was negligent in his practice of medicine that led to the eventual death of a great entertainer to the world.

This case will also serve to help convict the doctors and those involved with the death of Anna N Smith.

The case against Dr. Conrad Murray will be the legal precedence case for all others and hopefully scare away all doctor drug dealers from the Celebs.

If not, they will face lengthy fines and prison terms for their crimes once found, and convicted.

A law needs to be written and passed in congress outlawing this type of behavior and practice by doctors who prey on the weakness of celebs and others that have drug problems who should be getting professional help. These drug doctors wish for the money and popularity they receive for being the drug dealers to the STARS!!

When Doctor Conrad Murray is convicted and sent to prison for 20 years, it will send a clear message to all others to be careful about giving bad advice and prescribing medicine that prolongs the sickness to anyone, including celebs. Doctors are supposed to heal the sick, right?

Hopefully Michael Jackson's death will not be entirely in vain. The new Michael Jackson Law about the rules that doctors should follow prescribing medicine should deter and hopefully seek out and convict those that are greedy and just do not care.

Michael, You are missed but will not be forgotten!

50. Debbie Rowe sold off her kids....what kind of mother is that? Katherine didnt protect MJ from Joe...poor kids. I just hope that the nanny stays with them whereever they go since that is one person that has been there with them their whole life.

You know...it wouldnt surprise me one bit if the Jackson tries to sell tickets or mementos for MJ's funeral.

At least MJ is not here to still see how everyone took advantage of him.....and still is.
