Here is your first look at the cover of the Michael Jackson commemorative issue of TIME magazine being rushed to newsstands Monday morning. 
The last time the magazine published a special edition in between weekly issues was in the days following 9/11.
16. I wonder if Michael ever realized how much he made us all smile and admire his talent. I hope he gets some peace wherever he is. Good for Time for showcasing an amazing showman. I will buy it.

22. The picture of him is nice. I will definitely buy a magazine. In honor of him, I hope TIME sends a percentage of the profits they make to support some of his charities. Although I didn't know him personally, I feel like I have lost a member of my family.

23. Stop accusing this man of something that the courts prosecution couldn't prove! If my child was hurt I wouldn't take money! Lets not forget the first dad to accuse also wanted a movie deal with Michael and that fell threw, then and only then did he file a complaint on behalf of his son. The second accusations were in court and not proven here in an American court...what gives any of us the right to act like this is the 1800's ...He was proven not guilty! ANYONE CAN SAY ANYTHING ABOUT ANYBODY!! it has to be proven THIS IS AMERICA...

Says you, the courts said differently. I do hope the hoopla dies down over the next few days but the man was a music legend. I just can't judge someone when I've never walked in their shoes or have any idea how mucked up their childhood must have been. Who really knows. What we do know is a fabulous musician has died and a family has lost their brother, son, and father. RIP MJ

27. Life is a matter of perspective. You either see someone as a drug-addicted pedophile or you see someone as the greatest entertainer and humanitarian of the century. I personally would rather see the glass as half-full. No one is in a position to judge this man. No one is saying that soldiers dying don't deserve magazine covers, and Time has given them plenty. However, Michael Jackson has saved plenty of lives with his humanitarian work and the message of his music. I am one of countless. He was a human being, flawless as all of us are. Last time I checked, both of his accusers had parents with criminal histories of suing for false claims in the past and never stopped changing their stories, hence no jury conviction. Therefore, I am not going to judge. This is a great man who inspired many people, may he rest in peace.
