39. Billy Mays not wearing his seatbelt (if that is the truth), has no bearing on him getting hit on the head. There should be better safety locks on the upper compartments. This was no way his fault. I believe that it is the fault of the airlines, and it is very wrong for them to say that this was his fault. This is truly unbelievable. Billy will be missed. God be with his family and friends.

43. It would be interesting to see a news report (via TMZ.com or otherwise) on recent airline industry mishaps. R.I.P. Billy Mays. I guess you never know - you can walk away from an incident one minute feeling fine and the next moment you can (unexpectedly) die (not knowing that perhaps the first led to the second).

45. Ok. Based on what I haved observed by this information, he probably died from a subdural hemotoma from the thing that landed on the back of his head. It was probably slow internal bleeding, so, the airport might get sued for this because they did not have all the luggage stowed away "tight and properly." Even if Billy May did not wear a seat belt, that would not have caused, or prevented, the accidental blow to the back of the head. I'm not putting the airport down or anything, just giving my input as to what happened.
