61. Is Foxx's (and Beyonce's for that matter) 15 minutes of fame up yet?

We certainly won't see the likes of another Michael Jackson, the current crop of "stars" is just pathetic. Talent has been replaced by celebrity. All the greats are dying off, leaving us with the Britneys, and Diddys of the world.

62. BET should of kept their regular schedule. This tribute to MJ is a failure. Have they ever seen a MJ video or concert? Ms. Lee should be a shame of herself. I was wondering why the legends were not there.

Kudos, to New Edition, Beyonce and the O'Jays.

63. Jamie was just trying to honor Michael by imitating him. It's not as if he was trying to show off and why would his moonwalk have to be as good as Michaels? No, it's not an insult to Michael that he can't do it as well, few (perhaps no one) can. I don't understand why you people make angry comments. You're being very silly. This is just meant to be a celebration of Michael's musical talent.

65. Im am very disgusted at the tribute given by BET to Michael and his life and legacy!!! How dare BET dedicate that to Michael. Michael did not represent many of the types of performances that were "dedicated to him." Michael would never approve a a performance where women are being called B&^tches and Wh(#es. BET needs to get it together!!! That was horrible!!!! Then to only have that small segment at the end was just insulting!!! Michael loved everyone and to show your respect to him the way BET did tonight was sad, very sad!!!

67. Who does JF think he is. First he had to stress that MJ was a BLACK man and then proceeded to say he belonged "to us" and "we" just shared him with everyone else. How arrogant. I guess since Frank Sinatra and Elivis Presley were white, we just "shared" them with black people. Give me a break. FU Jaimie Foxx. You made a complete fool of yourself and insulted your race.

68. The highlights of The Jamie Foxx Show, aka the BET Awards:

Janet Jackson
O'Jays
Beyonce's attempt (although someone tell her that her voice isn't strong enough for "Ave Maria"). At least she really tried.

The lowlights:

Jamie Foxx's segments (that would be 99% of the show, right?)
Don Cornelius' idol, Al Sharpton (HUH?)
Every rapper who sang every bleepin' word to every bleepin' bleepin' bleep

All of this garbage just made me appreciate Michael' Jackson's talents more.

69. To #24...there is a movie. It's called The Jacksons an American Dream. Great movie.

Now to this tribute show tonight. I didn't even watch it all. After Jamie Fox's horrible intro, I had enough. What the hell....he said somethin' like "we are here to celebrate a black man.....a black man. He belong to us....we shared him with the rest of the world"

After that, (click). I sure hope a better tribute is done. But first, I think Michael needs a proper funeral. I would like to see the Jacksons perform. Jermaine is a great singer. He was recently in Nashville on a reality show called "Gone Country". He was awesome. I know it would be hard on the Jackson brothers performing without their brother. But I think it's the right thing to do.

May you rest in peace Michael... -Steve

71. They really insulted the King of Pop tonight, a damn shame! Everyone there tonight need to go home and look at more recordings of Michael Jackson to LEARN how to REALLY put on a show! When I saw Lil Wayne get up there and performed, I let out a big sigh and turned the channel. That is how I missed seeing when Janet Jackson came out, I felt so bad for her and her family and all the pain they are going through right now! R.I.P Michael Jackson, You are and would FOREVER be the best and the greatest entertainer.
