Jackson Family Doesn't Trust Michael's Doc

61. What I can't believe is that an in house cardiologist did not have an Automated External Defibrilator on hand. Plus doing CPR on a bed??? Even beginner's courses of CPR teach you not to do that. Plus if there is a second person with you, you are supposed to call 911 IMMEDIATELY while the trained person in CPR begins. With cardiac arrest, after 10 mins of not getting proper oxygen, the person ends up brain dead. The sooner a defibrilator is used, the better the chances of survival. This whole thing sounds tragically messed up to me.

62. This doc was a scamer. It is so ironic that celebs get some of thw worst medical care available. The Medicaid folks in our office in nowhereville North Carolina receive much better care than Michael Jackson or Anna Nicole Smith. Truth be told the doc should have had Narcon on site which would have reversed the o.d.--regardless of who administered it (physician or Jackson himself). If Mr. Jackson had spent a dime on good psychiatric care instead of millions on disgusting plastic surgeons he may be living today. What a waste. I grew up on his amazing music and I still have a 45 of "ABC" by the Jackson 5 which I will cherish. I have always been intrigued by those kids. Debbie is the Mom--but did the sperm really come from Jackson? They don't look half Black, do they? I hope I live long enough to read the books they will write someday. Meanwhile, if you have not seen the Youtube rehearals video where they select the dancers for the last tour, it's worth a look. What kind of funeral will Jackson have? And where will they bury him. How this dsyfunctional family operates in a crisis is alwasy scary to watch. Stay tuned.

HOW COME HE DID NOT CARRY PROPER MEDICATION TO THE COMPLICATIONS THAT DEMEROL AND OTHER POTENT ANALGESICS ARE MOST LIKELY TO OCCUR???
THESE MEDICATIONS EXISTS, AND ARE AS AVAILABLE AS DEMEROL IS FOR A DOCTOR. DID HE NOT KNOW???

64. We do not know for sure if Debbie did not want interaction with her kids.

It is quite possible that Michael kept her from seeing them, just like he kept a distance from his own family.
Apparently, Michael did not want interference from anyone in the way he ran his life.

The police will have to interview the kids for sure.

67. Reputable physician would never be MJ's private physician bec too much risk outweighing benefits. Deepak Chopra turned MJ down. If in fact an individual is addicted to opiates, (eg dermerol, oxycontin, etc), there is such a thing as a pain specialist who specializes in the intricate balance of opiate addiction and overdose. Want to give them enough so their pain is gone, but not enough to kill them. If anything, MJ should have hired an anesthesiologist to administer drugs. The doctor screwed up in two ways among other things: he didn't administer Narcan which reverses opiate cardiovascular suppression, and he didn't do CPR correctly. Then the doc tried to make up for it by the drama of going to the ER and himself pumping on MJ's dead body bec he wanted to show the crowd he did everything he could to save his life. Then the doc went missing to get lawyerered up before talking with police. Man, I hope he hangs... Don't underestimate a brilliant physician's ability to manipulate the truth and squirm his way out of commiting a crime. He probably declared bankruptcy in 1993 to get out of paying MASSIVE student loans from a private medical school Meharry, which by the way is the lowest ranked med school in the country. Smart guy.... maybe

69. FFS, you don't always have time to get a person to a "hard surface". You have to do CPR ASAP. I'm a nurse and I've had to do CPR on someone's bed before; people have survived. That is a really idiotic point to go against the doctor. Absolutely ridiculous.

70. As an emergency nurse and a paramedic there are plenty of doctors I would not want doing CPR on me. They just plain dont do it day in and day out. Just because the guy is a cardiologist just means he did his training post med school in that specialty. For example this could be a guy who NEVER leaves the office so he never does CPR.

As far as Michael being healthy, any photo I have seen in the last 10-15 years I have not seen a healthy appearing person. Having seen many a patient in many years he has looked sickly for some time.

73. Was he dreading the upcoming tour knowing expectations would be unachievable for him? Was it just to pay off debts and a "forced" tour? I don't think he's ever been the same since those accusations from children which forced him into the public eye to defend/protect himself. He was very very angry. His mental health was probably more fragile than his physical health since.
