37. I just watched Billy Mays on the Tonight Show with Conan, it's a tragedy and though it may have been related to his heart it just a damn shame. Billy was a great pitchman and one of our own, Great Pitchman (Salesmen) are born not made, he will be missed and my prayers are with his family.

He was a hard working guy - and a real human being, not just a tv spokesperson. He didn't overdose on heroine, he lived a normal AMERICAN lifestyle... and was living the AMERICAN dream how dare you say he was responsible for his own death! Are you his doctor? We're all dying everyday... one day closer to death. .. hope you are doing everything you can to keep yourself alive. Sounds like you have it all figured it all out... 41. Wonder if the hard landing knocked a plaque loose that then totally plugged a major artery? The timing is a little suspicious. Bizarre that he had heart disease bad enough to cause sudden death, but it was not picked up on the pre-surgery physical he would have had to have before today's scheduled hip replacement. He looked the picture of health.

42. I feel sorry for his family, but it's hard to have much sympathy for the guy. His commercials were beyond grating, he made millions selling products promoted as 'clean' but were in fact loaded with synthetic chemicals, which no doubt affected his health as well (he probably ate nothing but frankenfoods as well.)

He was only fifty yet heading in for his THIRD hip replacement? Yup, that's a role model for ya.

45. #10, the reason why MJ's is taking longer is because they are waiting for his toxicology report. The toxicology report is what takes between 4-6 weeks to come back. They already had the preliminary results on Friday. The coronor said no signs of faul play but since there were some meds found in his body they have to wait for the toxicology report to come back to get a conclusive result.
