We've learned actress Diane Keaton was injured on the set of her new film in New York this morning and had to be removed by stretcher.
But have no fear, a rep for Paramount Studios told ET Diane was "taken to a hospital for precautionary tests and has been cleared to return to work tomorrow."
16. I love, Diane Keaton. When I picture her (and I hope she reads this), It was in that movie with Jack Nicholson (the name is eluding me) where she was sitting up on top of him just cracking up. What a lot of the young folks don't know is that all the famous actresses have slept with Jack. Inquiring minds want to know... Sure gave Diane the giggles.
