18. This "temporary" guardian allowed her children's exploitation, loss of childhood and unfettered release from reality. She is a living danger to the development of mankind. She has shown only ruthless, financial self-interest in the music development of her extremely talented children.

God help her grandchildren and I sincerely home someone with the childrens' best interests comes along....I doubt it. I wonder if Michael ever had a "friend" not drawn to him for self-interest than for the sake of being a friend. In his traveled world it would be most unlikely.

19. You're right. Joe Jackson is scary - you would think he would have "softened" up by now but with all the money and fame from his family but he still hasn't. Unfortunately, Katherine is the best choice. The sisters' don't seem to be stepping up and we know Debbie is no mother since she sold her kids out. All I can say is to please pray for the kids - they need it!

23. I hope that this is termporary custody only. I think the nanny should have the children and raise them as Michael wanted. Michael and other Jackson's have stated how they were terrorized by the father Joe. I am sure that Kathryn tried to protect her kids but she could not. He tortured and terrorized his own kids what do you think he will do to these 3 kids. It will be even worse treatment for them. I feel really sorry for those innocent children they never has a say so in any of this but they are the ones that have to end up paying the price. Its a very sad situation. Rest in Peace Michael.

25. It is just tish more scrary these kids are going back to the parents MJ so reviled & so publicly! I think the grandmother is a loving woman but to make her guardian at her age & with her husband around & so many siblings so messed up. I feel sorry for the mother (Debbie). It was cruel of MJ to keep her out of their lives. She didn't have to money to fight him legally. I hope the grandmother & mother work together to resolve this and set ego & pride aside. God Bless them! They will have to answer for thier actions. It is a shame. MJ's life was a mess & now it looks like his death will be too. It is sickening to me all the celebs talking about how great MJ was! I don't think they would be saying this if MJ had done to them all that he was accussed of, You don't pay 20+ million to quite someone if you are innocent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

28. Whoever gets the kids, is there really going to be a lot of $$$ involved. Even if there's a trust for the kids, the "legal guardian" wouldn't get their hands on any of michaels money. I thought he was broke, 1/2 billion $$ i debt...
Has Debbie Rowe had ANY contact, since kids were "born"?

30. Thanks for the info Manny, But any where Joe is, he is still family and will be involved in these childrens lives. There should be a protective order on this money-grubbibg SOB, to stay away from them. Where is the justice???/
