32. I have concerns both regarding Mrs. Jackson's age... as well as her husband's known physical abuse. I would think that one of Michael's brothers or sisters would be a better custodian... with a separate group of people being put in charge of the estate/trust for the children.

34. I'd like to reiterate what "squiddy" said, because just the one single sentence describes the whole situation:

"Poor kids!! Looks like the chain of dysfunction will continue."

How true is that. BOTH Katherine AND Joe had a handful of kids to screw up. Now they're salivating over their next victims. Who was Michael's body release to? Was any of the "family" members even next of kin? Why would Joe send over a moving truck to clean out Michael's rental home? Is HE the next of kin? Did he have any right to do that? If anyone listened just one to any of Michael's interviews about how he was raised, it was so obvious he had issues with his parents... and over the years siblings. Who are they and why do they think they're entitled?

35. ON MICHAEL's behalf: I understand being "weird" or "different," because it is how many people see me. I missed out on my childhood due to a set of parents who abandoned me for the streetlife. As a result, my emotions are unstabled to this day as someone very close to Michael's age myself. This is a very painful hurt that can never seem to go away.

IN MICHAEL's case: He missed out on playing with other children; and now, as an adult, he seems hopelessly in love with small children. (I don't believe it is always or ever sexually motivated.)

IN MY OWN case: I missed out on having a father or a brother. I saw glimpses of my mother, and I never liked what I saw of her. Therefore, I feel this very strong desire for male company. (I don't say that it is is necessarily sexually motivated either.)

I respect Michae's bizarre-ness, sincerely, because it's very painful to have this type of "void" in your life--and it's extrememly difficult to move-on--especially when you have all these people judging you every second on every encounter.

THE DIFFERENCE between me and Michael is simply that he's rich and I'm not--though we're both gifted and talented Black men.

ABOUT JOSEPH JACKSON: I have always wished I had a father to take an interest in my talent such as Joseph did with his boys. In fact, I cannot think of one Black family where the father is so involved in the development in his children, which makes Joseph Jackson a true father. What's wrong with discipline? I don't believe Joseph ever "abused" Michael, for Michael seemed a bit sassy to me anyway and perhaps deserved a spanking here and there--"spare the rod spoil the child." (There's at least two sides to EVERY story, remember this.) I honor and adore Mr. Joseph Jackson for the greatness he produces; otherwise, they'd probably still be back in Gary, Indiana struggling like everybody else.

Just speaking what's in my heart.

THE BIGGEST "PROBLEM" in the Jackson family, in my astute opion, was BERRY GORDY, who I felt disrespected the family and drove a wedge between the family members as depicted in the TV film, The Jacksons--The American Dream.

Lastly, I believe Mrs. Katherine Jackson (whether separated from husband or not) will make a swell guardian for Michael's children.

36. DEBBIE SHOULD GET THEM! SHE WAS KEPT OUT OF THEIR LIVES. KATHERINE IS TOO OLD AND SHE DIDN'T PROTECT HER CHILDREN FROM JOE THE ABUSER JACKSON AND WITH HER AGE SHE WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO PROTECT HER GRANDCHILDREN. 37. Some of you people on this comments page are really stupid and for all the gossip you've read about the Jacksons’ you really don't know anything at all about them. If it weren’t' for Joe Jackson the family would not have been entertainment successes and all the other children are just fine.

In addition, the middle names of the two of the children are Joseph and Katherine and CNN reported that Michael had spoken via phone to his father who lives in Los Vegas a day or so before he died as well as having spoken to his brother Marlon and of course his mother. They were not an estranged family and none of you really care about Michael if you would attack is Mother in any way, as, Michael truly worshiped her.

People have demons they can’t control, it’s ridiculous to lay all of the blame at the feet of Michael’s parents who were always there for him, including his trial which I remind some people that he was found “not guilty.”
