63. Deborah agreed on Michael caring for the kids. As long as she doesn't wave custody legally (which she never did) and fully, a judge can never grant full custody to someone else, even if family based on the law. Therefore, it's temporary, and may well remain temporary until they're 18. The kids, passing the age of 8, (will) have (to) the possibility to claim their wish legally through a neutral intermediating authority in order to influence full custody to someone else, provided the biological mother accepts to wave full custody. This is not the case (yet) therefore, temporary custody will be validated only.

64. I really wish Janet could take custody of the children and go back to europe with them. LA is not a good place to raise children. I pray so hard for this. I like the Katherine but I have a real bad feeling about the father Joe.

ISnt Joe JAckson an abuser?? isnt that why MJ was so screwed up?? i dont know all i know is that guy had alot of issues from what his father did to him and i believe that Katherine Jackson stayed with him while he beat the hell out of those kids... to me she and Joe bear some responsibility to what happened to Michael the demons he could never put to rest.. and Debbie Rowe is a jerk who didnt want to even see those kids just wants to feed her damn horses at the ranch. Give those kids to Miko Brando he really seems like a good guy and was Michaels best friend

68. Those children need to be taken to a temporary home for the time being. They should be pschyological analyzed away from the Jackson family. If some of the things that I read are true, they might be as messed up as Michael was. Why would you give the custody of the children to someone who has known to allow bad things happen to her children. They should not be around Joseph Jackson. I wonder if Debbie Rowe is being threatened? It all come down to money. The Jackson camp is making others look bad when in fact, they were in the process of suing Michael for not doing a tour with the Jackson brothers. This family is totally screwed up. The three children should stay together though.

69. I don't think MJ would have wanted his father to have any kind of guardianship over his children. If as reports have stated, he was emotionally abused by his father, he'd never want the same for his children! I also don't this Debbie Rowe should play any role in these children's lives.... what MOTHER gives up her children, regardless how wonderful the dad is? She hasn't been in their lives to now, and she should keep it that way! I'd rather see his sister Janet become their guardian! They'd still learn all about who their dad is, keeping his memory alive, without any fear of abuse! Not to mention, sorry, but I do think it's about money with his parents and Rowe....

70. This will always purely hypothetical but Lisa Marie always comes to mind. Who knows if she would be a good choice in the end, but at least she has kids that have not been into trouble, currently has her twins and is married. She also has a mother that is experienced in raising a child orphaned by fame, fortune and drugs. Put Priscilla in charge of their inheritance, as she did with Lisa Marie's and let life roll on.
Lisa Marie at least truly does understand their pain from losing her own father and loving and MJ, too. She isn't motivated by personal gains like so many others may very well be. Her mother raised a good kid, Lisa Marie has raised good kids herself.

And they lived happily ever after....................

I hope this only concerns resolving the problem of where the kids live for the next week or two and not the final decision of where the kids will spend the rest of their lives, because Joe and Katherine Jackson, the separated ancient old abusers have no business being around children now, then or ever.

73. Those kids need to go somewhere else. Katherine Jackson is too old to care for children and her husband is frightening. His behaviour at the BET awards was disgusting. It was almost like he was glad that his son was gone. There were no signs of him grieving for the loss of his child. Rather he was upbeat and trying to promote his record company. If the grandparents are given custody, those kids should be monitored closely by Social Services.
