47. I'm so gald he had a will that will save the family a big headache. I knew Michael and his mom have always been close. Joe definately is the black sheep of the Jackson family. I just pray that god allows Katherine the strenth and the wisodm to do what she now needs to do. I hope god gave her a backbone to tell Joe NO when she needs to. My whole heart and prayers go to the family and I hope Joe reads some of this so he will slow his roll. He needs to take his place and humble his self and ask God for forgiveness.

48. No one knows why the father was left out. It sounds like the siblings were left out too. In the end I'm sure Katherine will leave them a little something or maybe even give them something.

49. i am not surpriced about the will leaving out his father...... i also noticed him trying to push a record company at the BET award red carpet interview......

while on the will topic.....

my personal situation.........father alcoholic down and out on his luck... his sister had a decent size estate although my father was aware he would not receive a penny.......... while i was out of the country my wonderfull aunt died..... my father flew across the country to florida and spent 3 days alone in her home... when family members arrived at funeral home, his first words where "i cant find the will" strange first words to say to family members at funeral home..... i believe he found the will in the home and destroyed it since everything was going to me.... a will surfaced in safety deposit box from 1984 drafted for my aunts daughter (who passed away in 1986) 2nd in line her husband (passed away in 2000) and 3rd my father.................... in 1984 he would have been the proper beneficiary..........but in 2005 when my aunt passed away he was not supposed to touch anything.................... he took over estate.........lawyers played in court and he took everything................. to date he ignores my pleads to get the bank to give copies of her cancelled checks to find missing lawyers name..................

what a wonderfull dad.............................i have............ i see the same person in michaels fathers attitude.........the same exact way my father acted during my situation............

51. that whole family (except Janet) have always lived off Michael so the Mom will give money to his brothers, Latoya and the dad. The kids will be lucky if anything is left for them when they are grown unless something is set up for them now away from this money grubbing family. shameful

53. Anyone else fine it strange that Micheal also left NOTHING to his brothers and sisters. Janet is the only one who does not need his funds, but the rest of his siblings are not faring too well. A will is the same as speaking the truth from the heart. It reveals that Micheal and his brothers were indeed instranged with lingering bitterness as far as Micheal is concerned.
