Jackson Never Adopted Kids

Michael JacksonWe've learned Michael Jackson never adopted his three children, even though he's not the biological father.

We broke the story that neither Jackson nor Debbie Rowe are the biological parents of Michael Jr. and Paris. And Michael was not the biological parent of Prince Michael II either.

Now here's the rub. We've learned Jackson never filed legal papers to adopt any of his children. Legal experts tell us Jackson would be presumed the father but it's not conclusive by any means.

As for why Jackson didn't formally adopt -- we're told at the time the kids were born there was no third party whom he believed would try and claim custody. For some reason, Jackson never thought Debbie Rowe would mount a custody challenge.

46. What a bogus story about Michael not adopting the kids. HE WAS MARRIED TO THE SURROGATE MOTHER AT THE TIME. There was no legal need to adopt, he automatically and legally was the father since there was a marriage of the mother at the time. Regardless of biology, there was a legal document that allowed them to be surrogate parents. Are you going to tell me that because he cannot carry the children in his stomach that he is not the father? And because Debbie Rowe could what does that make her? Come on Be friggin serious!

48. poor kids. michael loved them and should be considered their father... i'm sure that they want to remain his children as opposed to learning the truth. he was the one who so desperately wanted them and cared for them and he is by all means their real father. these other people should shut their mouths and allow the children to remain with the family and memories of their father that they know and love

50. Lillian, you are so right. None of us know why he had those kids, I think he was unbalanced but he had money so he could get away with it. I have always read that Michael always chose little white boys. Either way, those kids need to be checked by a doctor right away!

52. It shouldn't matter if the kids were legally adopted. Michael has always been their parent. I wonder if every parent that has a child born by a surrogate with no biological connection has to go through a formal adoption process. I highly doubt it. These children are going through enough right now. Michael was their father...period.

Latoya and Michael both made claims that Joe Jackson sexually abused them. Come on people...he was making his own little harem of children. Michael Jackson was a pedophile.
