Note to TMZ, regardless if Michael isn't the "biological" father or even "adopted" the kids, his name is on the birth certificate as the father, he supported the kids (financially) during gestation and post partum, has raised them as his own, so WHAT COURT of law would not recognize him as their father? HE NEVER NEEDED TO FILE LEGAL PAPERS TO ADOPT THEM!

The (older) kids should have a say as to who takes care of them. I don't see why Janet wouldn't take care of them, taking into consideration the age of their grandmother and her slime of a husband.

25. I bet Joe Jackson, Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton and a lot of BET attendees can't stand the idea that Michael's legacy is eventually going to fall in the hands of WHITE PEOPLE, his children.

One leaky gas valve, or one mysterious fire would remove his kids and put his so called "family" next in line to inherit everything, so I do hope the courts realize his children need protection from these deadbeats who only leeched off him for their own existence.

How can the grandparents of Michael's kids in good conscience allow themselves to be represented by known razicts when Michael's kids are white? It's VERY VERY TELLING that the last thing they want is for Michael's legacy to fall into the control of his white kids.
