We've just obtained the birth certificates for Michael Jackson's first two kids -- Michael Jr. and Paris.
In both certificates, the father is listed as Michael Jackson. The mother listed is Deborah Rowe. The place of birth for Michael Jr. is Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. The place of birth for Paris is listed as Spaulding Pain Medical Center in Beverly Hills.

348. More importantly, I've been meaning to point out to ALL the people criticizing Michael for never legally adopting his children....you don't need to go through "adoption" procedures when you're listed as the parent on the birth certificate. You are already their legal parent. Duh?!

349. To the person who said the Michael's signature was different, is because one was signed by the Mother (Debbie) and one was signed by the Father (Michael). You only need one parent to sign.

352. Since Michael is NOT the BIOLOGICAL father of the children, and he did NOT ADOPT them, they have no legal rights to his estate. Michael never adopted them because he didn't want the public to know they weren't his biological children.

353. Although I am nosey and read this, don't you think this is an invasion of privacy? It may be legal but it's not right. This is why the family won't reveal where he is buried. You would print that & those who don't like him may desecrate his grave. You know if he was living he would probably sue you for posting these certificates online.

356. Come on TMZ - you are digging up PERSONAL INFORMATON that I understand is public record, but why stoop this low - especially when it comes to the kids! I am really surprised with all the privacy acts that are in place, this is not considered to be one of them. Lets move on and stop dragging the kids into your celebrity blog posts - they don't deserve the public humiliations! They already have enough to deal with. It's just not fair.
