Michael Jackson Search Warrants

31. It is difficult to say, but the children of the world are better off without Michael Jackson. There is no excuse to abuse children, and he did.

As for the search warrant, everything was removed from the house by moving vans under the supervision of Janet Jackson. It seems very strange to me, that just learning about the death of a family member, the number one interest is to empty his home. I do wonder why the police allowed this. His home could hold a great deal of evidence in this case, and his sister knew this, and acted quickly.

You're right. RN's can't but certain midwives (under the supervision of a physician in some states) and NP's can. Was she an RN though? I think the media only refers to her as a nurse or a nutritionist.

34. Absolutely ridiculous how (once again) the LAPD is handling a high profile case. Sure, they probably have pictures of the home prior to "the family" removing heaven's only knows what (while lookng for money), but it is obvious they did not catalog items, especially medications - or the asst coronor would not have had to go back and "search."

By allowing the chain of evidence to be so completely disregard and tarnished just floors me after everything they have been through in the recent decades. Haven't they learned YET?

The other thing that floors me is the fact that in CA probate, it is usual protocol for someone to come in and catalog the belongings in the event there is no trust (or will) set up. So on public TV, it was watched by millions, the family coming in and moving so much out of his rented mansion-- as well as a moving truck reported arriving at Neverland days ago (although I haven't seen it reportedly leaving).

IMO, it's also ashame that Joe Jackson can not be charged for his role in the true pain he caused his son (and other children) in his lifetime. Joe may not have been the final cause for Michael's death, but he certainly was the main cause.

I wish there was a site dedicated to fans' thoughts just on Joe Jackson! (go back to Vegas Joe. We don't want to see you involved in Michael's legacy).
