21. This is all so crazy, someone on CNN said Michael would be devastated if his Father has anything to do with raising his children. Well if thats true why would he leave in his will custody to his Mother knowing shes been married & living with Joe Jackson for 60 years. Poor Michael he had mostly enablers around him everyone wanted money. Did he have any true friends?

Why would a man his age give custody to people in theer 80s ??

why not one of the brothers ?

kinda makes me wonder if the reports of failing health might be true. maybe hid lungs were bad and he was dying for real.

if he was healthy he could have expected to live another 25 years or more.

I think he really was sick because when he announced the ( This is It ) show. His words were short
and he didn't say a lot , like he may have had a breathing problem....

24. For god sake haven't the kids been through enough already. Their mother is reported as saying she dosn't want them, and the only other person they ever known (that really cared) has passed away. Just let them stay with their grandmother and get on with their lifes, at lest she wants them.

26. I'm trying to figure out how other celebrities use surrogates all the time and don't use their eggs and everything is fine. Michael used a surrogate to have his kids like a lot of people. Therefore, he didn't have to adopt them..they are his kids!
