There are reports that Michael Jackson's will says the singer wanted his mom, Katherine, to get custody and wanted assets to be placed in trust.
The will, according to the AP, lists Jackson's lawyer, John Branca, and John McClain, a music exec, as executors.
The will has not been filed with the court.
As for custody -- the will does matter, but ultimately the decision on who gets custody is in the hands of the judge.
106. Speaking of Farah, if she had of had surgery and had her cancer removed and gotten a colostomy she wouldn't have died. The type of cancer she had is very treatable. My mother had the same thing around 40 years ago. With proper treatment survival rates are excellent. Farah chose not to get the colostomy which would have saved her life probably due to vanity. It is not a pleasant thing to live with a colostomy but it would have saved her.

107. MRS JACKSON HAS RECEIVED HIGH PRAISE FROM ALL AROUND BUT, LIKE IT OR NOT, JOE JACKSON IS STILL HER HUSBAND. By all accounts, he will weave his way into her good graces and get his hands on Michael's money. Another thing, Mrs Jackson was photographed in a wheelchair. Regardless of live-in help, how can she keep up with three active children. What about homework, school activities, sports, any number of social engagements. I still feel Guardian ad Litem would work out better until things settled down to some normalcy. Mainly, the children must be well grounded by a highly capable person otherwise, they could suffer the same fate as Michael. No one wants that!!! Just getting Joe out of the picture would be a tremendous start for their well being. After all, that is what Michael wanted, isn't it? Michael's wishes MUST be honored, otherwise, it would be a horrible slap to his memory. The entire world will be watching. Just look out for expensive cars, jewelry, exotic trips, mansions, living high on the hog, etc. That would be the most revealing of their LOVE for Michael. Just speculating! Can't help but wonder.

108. The kids should go to Katherine. She is the only grandmother that they know. The mom should not get their shoes. If she traded them for money than she doesn't deserve them. Michael is their father, no matter how you look at it. He claimed them, he raised them and apparently he did a good job.

109. Mrs. Jackson is too old & from what I have seen of her doesn't look to be in that good of shape. So is Diana Ross.
There have been rumors that Debbie Rowe is not the biological mother either. However, she has informed the news that she IS the biological mother of the two oldest & will, if she has to, take a paternity test to prove that. I have no doubt that Ms. Rowe is the biological mother. If she wasn't, she would not be that anxious to take a paternity test. In order to get full custody of the two oldest children she has to prove that SHE is the biological mother.
