Michael's Will Handed Over to Jackson Family

Michael Jackson's WillA copy of Michael Jackson's will has finally made it into the hands of the Jackson family.

The will -- which was being held by Michael's attorney John Branca -- reportedly leaves everything to Katherine Jackson, MJ's three kids and one or more charities ... and Joe Jackson gets nothing.

The Jackson family said the will is set to be filed in court.

152. I was thrilled to hear that that asshole of a father was NOT included in the will. However, I was very disappointed to hear that he would have access to the kids, whether or not he recides at the Jackson compound. I think it's absolutely APPAULING that Joe Jackson keeps mentioning his business venture every time he's interviewed. This man never loved his son....not one bit. There is not one tiny bit of sadness in this man that his son is dead! Definitely the wrong Jackson died.....

153. Joe Jackson does not deserve to inherit the dirt in Neverland. Control freak, abuser...if ever the term child molester applies it applies to him, just not in a sexual way. He made his money from the exploitation and abuse of his children. MJ had the drive and talent and absolute genius to rise above it to become the King of Pop, but at what cost to his psyche? He never grew up, never had a childhood to emerge into adult hood from. SHAME ON YOU JOE for even showing your face right now!

Rest in Peace, Michael. No one can abuse you now.

154. All you folks who believe he disinherited his father have no understanding of wills, trusts and estates. The will to be probated is what is known as a "pour-over" will--it directs that all of MJ's property is deposited into the trust--which is likely the size of a book--and the management of the trust is left to the trustees. Specifically, all the distributions will be made privately, pursuant to the trust, which is a private document. IOW, how he has provided for his family and friends will not become a matter of the public record.
