47. That's stupid to leave everything to Katherine and the kids because Joe will just force Katherine to hand the money over to him and the rest of the family and they'll all just blow it. By the time the kids become adults, there won't be a penny left. I sure hope there are specified amounts/percentages in this will.

49. HAHA.. Joe the gravy train has left the station and you are holding a worthless ticket. Now it makes more sense for you pluging your record label...who is going to pay for your Las Vegas home now? But I think you knew that was coming didn't you sad excuse for a dad.

How did you come up with 1/3 of the estate? As I recall each of the kids is their own individual. Who knows. He could have left a lump sum to the charities and the rest to be equally split between the 4 (3 kids and katherine) or any combo of percentages.

Last night it was stated on HLN that the kids requested to see their dad. Do we know if that had happened yet?

53. Old Joe is getting what he deserved. NOTHIN' Interesting that he's been milking this thing bringing in Rev. Jesse Jackson and Rev. Al Sharpton and acting like a pimp promoting his new record lable on the red carpet the other night while his son still lay on the cold morgue slab. It will also be interesting to see if he gets any custody, shared or otherwise, with Katherine seeing how he abused his own children. Wanna bet that Joe makes a public stink? It's just to bad that Katherine didn't throw his sorry arse to the curb long ago. She enabled him to be an abuser and I hope that he doesn't get too close to Michaels three children.

54. ha ha Joe Jackson-just what you deserve-NOTHING!!!! But M.J. mother not any better than his dad. She saw him beat her own beautiful children-shes the only one that could have stopped it and she chose not to-shes just as bad as her husband. No wonder Michael was so messed up-I feel so bad for him. Nobody ever really looked out for him-just there to TAKE from him. He is in a much better place now.

56. Wow. The king of pop is dead. The Elvis of our generation is gone. It's sad really, mainly the way I portrayed Michael Jackson. I was never really a fan but I knew his music and bits and pieces of his life but sadly what I’ll remember him most by is the last 10-15 years of the crazy stories, pictures, weird actions and just the circus of events. Watching the news and reading/researching online about his life and the interviews I saw a different man then what I had seen the media portray him as. I saw a lonely, shy, emotional child just trying to grow up. I don't know if he molested any children or not but to him it was ok to hang out with children and have sleep over’s because he himself was still a child in his mind and was doing nothing wrong. He never had a chance to be a child with all the music and fame, he just never found a way to properly grow up or deal with his issues on the inside. Not to mention the mental/physical abuse that his father put him through. He was a genius when he was on stage performing/signing/dancing/songwriting, it's where he was meant to be where god wanted him to be. I owe it to Michael Jackson to remember him as the king of pop, the amazing singer/songwriter/performer/entertainer that broke barriers and united billions of people around the world. I'm also going to buy some albums so I can enjoy the fruits of his labor and pay tribute to this unique man. You will be missed Michael and I'm sorry that I felt the way I did about you just over what the media said about you. I hope your resting peacefully my friend, and I hope your finally happy with who you are. God bless you Michael Jackson 1958-2009. Sincerely, Adam
